A 20-year-old woman, who was a student of the University, had accused Tomar of calling her to his room on some pretext and then making inappropriate advances. Balvir S Tomar, Chairman of NIMS University in Jaipur, who was facing a case of alleged molestation here, has been arrested in Jaipur on Tuesday by a Ranchi police team. According to the police, the case against Tomar was registered at Chutia police station in Ranchi in the month of January . A 20-year-old woman, who was a student of the University, had accused Tomar of calling her to his room on some pretext and then making inappropriate advances. The girl resisted his advances and rushed out of his room, subsequently lodging the complaint. At the time, Tomar was in town to attend a conference along with some students from his University.
